The Alchemy of Healing: Rupture as Expansion
I finished reading through the Sumerian Trilogy and I have found myself pulled back into the depths of Ancient History, Myth, and Spiritual Wisdom. A recent discovery on YouTube of "The Order of Knowledge", and its version in Spanish by the content creator Witkó, reaffirmed a profound realization.
Upon waking, as I sat in the stillness of the breaking Winter Solstice, I was drawn to an insightful post of his/hers in which they shared that healing is not a return to who we were, but the courageous act of outgrowing ourselves.
To heal is to cross a rupture. It is the freedom of no longer needing to fit into old versions of oneself. As Witkó suggests, the true illness would be to remain the same. This process throws us into the unknown, and it is in this strange territory, without guarantees, that our consciousness finally matures.
The Great Shedding: Leaving the Year of the Serpent
We are closing a Snake Year (2025)—a Universal 9 Year of completion and resolution. Snake energy is the energy of the molt; it is the visceral, sometimes painful shedding of old skins.
This year has forced us to release:
The versions of ourselves that performed, pleased, or dimmed our light to get validation, earn conditional love and survive.
Old timelines, learned and inherited patterns, and toxic dynamics that violate our personal boundaries and drain our vital force
. Stagnant identities, relationships, jobs, and outgrown dreams that no longer fit the Empress and Emperor we have become
.
We cannot force ourselves back into the skin we have shed.
That version of us no longer exists… and what awaits is more aligned and better suited.
12/21: The Master Builder’s Foundation
Today is also a 22/4 day in numerology—the frequency of the Master Builder. This energy takes the spiritual vision of the 11 and grounds it into tangible, physical reality.
The Winter Solstice is spiritually significant as a potent time for reflection, renewal, and rebirth, marking the longest night as a symbolic death and the quiet beginning of the sun's return, a cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
It is time to dream big, but it is also time to lay the first brick. This aligns perfectly with my own professional transition. As within, so without.
Local bureaucracy and systemic corruption in Guatemala stalled one important project of mine this year, but in so doing, it unveiled a higher timeline: a new business venture in Spain that requires me to step into an even larger arena of leadership and strategy
Mounting the Fire Horse: The Year of the "1"
As we look toward 2026—the Year of the Fire Horse and a Universal Year 1—the energy shifts from release to momentum.
A "1" year is about new starts, bold initiatives, and creative expression. It brings the ambition, purposeful action, and intentional direction needed to ride into the great unknown.
But you cannot freely and joyfully mount a Fire Horse bareback while still clinging to what is heavy, draining, or stagnant.
The Sovereign Standard
I close this year with immense gratitude to the Divine for the Snake Year that bit me and brought me to tears & greater wisdom, lucidity, and capacity to love.
In relationships, it liberated me from the clutches of toxic family dynamics. It showed me through a Soul-enlightening, heart-expanding, and Spirit-igniting experience with a lovely professor what is possible and healthier in love.
I still hope he awakens, sheds skin, and decides to ride by my side. But even if he doesn’t, I now know I am worthy of all that I saw in him. He set the Emperor Standard for the man I trust the Universe will one day sit beside me
In Spirit, it birthed my Integrated Empress, rekindling my purpose to Propagate the Infinite
Illusions have turned into clarity, pain has been turned into fuel, and obstacles have unveiled a limitless new horizon.
Let us enter the new year and spiritual cycle with a lighter load, renewed hope, and the strength, resolve, and expanded vision that comes from facing the dark, finding our own light, and courageously moving forward.
