The Tuning Fork: When Love Calls for Wisdom
We often search the external world for our "counterpart"—the soulmate, the twin flame, the person whose energy hums in perfect harmony with our own.
This search is not a superficial desire; it is a profound, internal drive for wholeness. My recent experience of heartbreak confirmed a powerful truth: the call for a counterpart is ultimately a call for Soul Integration.
In the works of Rudolf Steiner, we learn that the separation of the sexes means that the reproductive force requires completion from outside by the opposite force in another human being. But the ultimate goal is for the one-sidedness of the soul to unite within to a harmonious whole, where mind and soul melt into unity.
The intense longing you feel for your counterpart is your Soul yearning for its own completeness—the union of the Divine Feminine (Love) and the Divine Masculine (Wisdom) within you.
The Union of Love and Wisdom: Steiner's Blueprint
My calling to Propagate the Infinite is founded on the core truth that love is the only key to unlocking the infinite, and my belief that the ultimate attribute of the Godhead is supreme love.
Steiner provides the blueprint for this union:
The Feminine: This element strives outward in the world, seeking to be fructified by the eternal elements of life. This is the Divine Feminine (Love) seeking a purpose to embody.
The Masculine: This force is the creative soul-force of Wisdom that must be taken inwards to allow for self-fructification. This is the Divine Masculine (Wisdom) providing clarity and structure.
The ultimate goal is to achieve love saturated with wisdom or wisdom penetrated with love. When you align your own Love (Feminine) with conscious Wisdom (Masculine), you become a complete vessel, ready to move from self-perfecting to unconditional love.
Jung's Mirror: Healing the Inner Marriage
In Jungian Psychology, this integration is defined by healing the inner marriage between the Anima (Soul/Feminine) and the Animus (Spirit/Masculine).
The Anima (Feminine): The source of your empathy, emotionality, intuition, and capacity for connection. In my own personal journey, this has revealed itself most clearly through my Water and Earth energies.
The Animus (Masculine): The source of your intellect, clarity, curiosity, assertive decision-making, and structural thought. In my journey, it revealed itself in my Air and Fire energies.
My grieving process—and my conscious choice to release my counterpart with love—is another chance for inner healing. One that has left me purging and still crying, but I can see the light beyond the temporary darkness of the present and know this is another step in my integration.
By choosing my highest truth over my romantic longing, I acted with masculine wisdom (discernment and boundaries) to protect my feminine love (unconditional self-worth). I was able to provide completion within myself.
The Integration: Becoming Your Own Counterpart
The greatest lesson in the search for your counterpart is that the love you seek must first be found within yourself.
Many of my poems, including the most recent one, Tuned Vibration, illustrate this journey of romantic longing into self-integration. I have written them all from my personal experiences, intuitive knowing, revelations, and realizations, navigating love and self-discovery.
Every leap forward in spiritual enlightenment, every moment of awakening, always begins with that unmistakable "deafening call, soul pulling." Those of you on a path of spiritual growth will know and have felt what I am describing.
The call comes from your higher self, your Spirit, your divinity... having been triggered or awakened by a karmic, a soulmate or a twin flame... but one that can only truly be resolved through liberation from within and by achieving spiritual consciousness.
This is the ultimate legacy of the Empress and the Emperor: you become your own counterpart. That moment when you realize that you are a vessel of Love that is capable of generating its own Wisdom and acting on it.
Stepping into the Infinite Flow
The most powerful love story you will ever write is the one between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within your own Soul. Once you achieve this state of sovereignty, the paradigm shifts completely.
Instead of two half-cups needing to be filled, you become two powerful flows. Flowing in and out of the other. This form of Spiritual Divine Union lays the best foundation for a limitless present and future, where both partners are inspired and inspirited. Perpetually tapped into an infinite source of love and light.
