Every tear, in laughter or in pain.
Every challenge, won or lost.
Every moment, joyful or mundane.
Surrender to the ebb and flow.
Confront the fear on the brink of change.
Embrace the calm that soothes your Soul.
To everything there is a Season.
Be intentional in All.

I find that the ocean is such a fitting metaphor for life and for love. We experience them both in waves: there are seasons to sow and seasons of harvest; growth cycles and cycles of stagnation; times of joy and times of sorrow; times of isolation and times for connection.
These waves interfere with each other, come in intervals, and vary in intensity. They break, spill, plunge, surge, collapse, and sometimes move in a calm circular motion. Waves are the life force of the ocean and they all have a purpose… to transfer energy.
When we are intentional about bringing commitment, focus, and attention into ourselves… discovering, healing, and clearing blockages to allow the flow of energy… embracing change and impermanence… we improve our energetic balance, our spiritual stability, and emotional resilience... and riding the waves becomes more effortless.
I believe wholeheartedly that there are no coincidences... everything happens for a reason and God has a plan for my life. I have learned to be intentional in my surrender, so that I may become a master in the art of “surfing” life´s ebb and flow.
“If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.” Galatians 5:25 ESV
Joy and Pain, Love and Heartbreak, Failure and Success, Light and Shadow. You cannot be grateful for one, without having had to suffer the other. In every experience, there is a lesson… an opportunity for expansion. In every unsolvable, unknowable, impossible… a potential miracle of grace.
We have a limited perspective and cannot know what will lead us to devastating lows or incredible highs. But God has an infinite perspective and knows the highest good of all. When we surrender to the Divine flow of life and allow Spirit to guide us, all will unveil itself to us in Divine Order and Divine Timing as we acquire wisdom, find meaning in life and discover our purpose.
