Asking for support.
Crying out for help.
But ignoring all attention,
and questioning intentions.
Defining a new path.
Hoping for adventure.
But telling the same story,
Looking for an exit.
Begging for a ladder.
But locking up my house,
and boarding up my room.
Don’t want to be alone.
Seeking intimacy and affection.
But declining invitations,
and avoiding being seen.
Always seeking balance.
Know the value in the greys.
But find no comfort in between,
and am an expert in extremes.
